Very nice, well furnished house. Lots of space. A large, very clean pool that can be easily reached in 3 minutes on foot, but which cannot be seen from the house (children!) The accessibility of the house via a gravel road is a bit adventurous and not suitable for every car, but doable. Our old diesel always did well in first gear.
