The house is dirty, the garden is neglected. In the kitchen there are moldy pots, greasy unwashed pans, a coffee pot with old coffee grounds in the cupboard is moldy. In the fridge there is mold. The dishwasher is not cleaned and is clogged with sludge. The owner did not see any problem with this. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming. We cleaned everything ourselves. 2 bedrooms in the basement musty with a cockroach. No one slept there so we had to fit 14 people in 4 bedrooms. It is not fair to post photos that are heavily enhanced!!

We spent 14 wonderful days in Casale Vitello with 10 people (6 adults, 4 children between 4 and 8). Very spacious house: huge kitchen, really comfortable beds and a great pool! The hosts were very nice and uncomplicated! The house is a bit old (worn sofas) and the dishwasher could definitely be bigger! Otherwise, great! Due to the location in nature: lots of insects (and bites) at the pool and also in the rooms, despite the fly screens. Still a recommendation!

Fantastic place, nice pool. House is also historic and nicely landscaped. We were 9 people and a dog. Plenty of room for everyone. Two weeks with high temperatures is not possible if we had not brought our own fans. Kitchen was really dated. (too) Small dishwasher for 9. Partly bad mattresses. Poorly cleaned sanitary facilities and very uncomfortable chairs. Hot water did not work for the first few days, but an electrician responded quickly.
