The garbage place could be improved if the separated garbage yellow blue green would fit better in bins then it would look better and the pool would need regular cleaning and in the pool otherwise it's a nice facility I was that 2nd time there. Also suitable for a city trip 45 minutes after the town of Orte train station you can be reached in 45 minutes in Rome main station in Siena and also in Florence with the train connection

The house itself is beautiful and the pool is a big plus, especially for our son. He could play there with other children, in a neutral zone where all six factions of the six houses could be. Each party has its own piece of garden and can be for itself. The garden is watered at night, which is why it was still green even at the end of August, really nice. The environment is very rural, there are cats, horses, a donkey and you have a beautiful view of the countryside.
