Angelo, the owner, is extremely friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The house is very clean, comfortable, with a new kitchen and beautiful, large rooms with a view of the lake. There is a parking space directly at the house. There is a great roof terrace, but it still lacks a parasol. The location is excellent for various excursions and city tours. To the cities on the lake, but also to Orvieto, Civita di Bagnoregio, Viterbo, Tuscania, Sorano, Sovana and Pitigliano

We came to a clean and nice apartment where we were greeted warmly by the owner. The apartment is well equipped, we only missed an oven, since there was no toaster. We bought one and left it there. The view over the lake is just gorgeous. The area around the lake is nice but unspectacular, highly recommended for those seeking peace and nature lovers. I would like to give some tips, but unfortunately we don't have enough words here.

The accommodation with a fantastic view from the terrace or roof terrace over Lake Bolsena is very clean, is absolutely quiet and is a very good location for excursions to places worth seeing in the area. The landlord is very nice and always helpful. Figs in front of the house, you can buy oil from the landlord. We felt very comfortable.

So at the very beginning, the holiday home is highly recommended. The homeowner speaks broken German. Very nice owners, very accommodating. On the day of arrival he sold us a bottle of homemade olive oil at €8/0.75l. Top quality. Fly screens on every window, great view of the lake, very quiet ambience to relax. Adequate kitchen facilities (we didn't cook, only had breakfast). Separate entrance gate with parking space in the carport, which means great sun protection in summer, right in front of the front door. Supermarket about 1km around the corner with enough goods. Overall, highly recommended and super clean. Complete satisfaction!
