The communal area, with pool and terrace, is very comfortable and of sufficient size. Unfortunately, the apartment has some shortcomings: Very poorly equipped kitchen, limited cutlery and crockery; (partly designed for less than 6 people) Dishwasher did not clean until we cleaned it ourselves; (clogged nozzles etc.) Unbearable heat in the bedrooms, not below 30 degrees at night and only 1 standing fan for 3

We spent a week with 2 adults and 3 children in this complex. It is located not far from Montefiascone on Lake Bolsena. 6 families can vacation at the same time in this complex and use the pool together. The grounds and the entire complex are well maintained and very well laid out. The houses are well equipped, only the kitchen equipment is rather limited (e.g. 5 spoons for 5 guests). Good starting point for excursions - we really enjoyed the lake. Thank you!

We especially appreciated the location: near the very beautiful Lake Bolsena, Montefiascone and not far from Orvieto. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable. Very nice pool; washing options. What could be improved: the furniture (the chairs) outside; if you like your privacy, you have to take the other apartments into account; some more kitchen utensils should be made available. But we had a nice holiday and enjoyed it.

The apartments are spread over 3 houses. The location below Bolsena near the lake is very quiet and everything is very easy to reach. The apartment had everything you need and is quite pretty. The reception by the host was uncomplicated and cordial. What could be better is the speed of the WiFi. And the apartment was quite "noisy" and could have been better soundproofed. But it didn't bother us
