Spacious and very clean holiday home. Super friendly landlord. Swimming pool is great. The access road is a bit of a search the first time, but easy to drive with a normal car. You definitely need a car and count on a 20 to 30 minute drive each time to go to shops. From the Fondi train station you are in Rome in an hour and a half and the train tickets are not expensive. In short, everything is there for a wonderful and relaxing holiday, You do have to pay close attention to the rules

The approach really takes some getting used to - but the fantastic view of the sea and the surrounding area makes up for everything. The owners are very friendly, open and welcoming. The whole ambience, the beautifully landscaped garden, the pool - it's just a little paradise on the mountain. For us the holiday was just perfect.
