+ Location + Roof terrace with a great panoramic view + Nice landlady + Air conditioning + Own parking space - Beds and mattresses - Broken fly screens - 4 out of 5 sun loungers broken - Kitchen equipment (very blunt knives, iron with a broken cable) The whole property seems to be very old, as is the equipment in the holiday apartment. The landlady is a very nice lady who tries to ensure that her guests are satisfied. The location is great!

The location of the holiday apartment is great: Rome can be reached by train in just over half an hour (currently €3.60 per person, one way) and the beautiful beach is just a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is furnished in a rustic style with charm, has everything you need and is very clean. Each room has a balcony, plus the huge roof terrace - an absolute highlight! We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!

Beautiful place located in a quiet area near the sea and taking a walk to arrive easily in the center ... perfect for relaxing

Simple furnishings with a touch of vintage, but with stunning views of the sea and mountains. In about 30 minutes you can reach Roma San Pietro by train. (To Roma Termini about 45 minutes and it takes almost 10 minutes to get out of the train station).

The welcome was excellent, they picked us up from the station by car. Nice little house to enjoy the sea and the surrounding beauties.

Clean and well located accommodation. The roof terrace is very nice. Only as described! Satellite TV (German programs) are not available. But otherwise very nice area and not overcrowded. The only thing that could be available would be internet, that would be nice. But otherwise we can't say anything bad, everything was fine, we were still very satisfied and could imagine spending our vacation there a second time.
