It’s a real haven, ideal for couples seeking a romantic escape. You can look forward to absolute peace and quiet, surrounded by nature.

The cottage is traditional inside, with a fireplace and wooden beams – it’s very cosy. Outside, the private terrace is great for alfresco dining, whether you’re starting your day with coffee and pastries in the sunshine or you’re barbecuing a feast in the evening. If you’re anything like us, you’ll likely spend most of your day around the pool. Swim laps or float in the shallow end, drinking in the view of the lake below.

If you want to explore further afield, you might like to drive thirteen minutes to Trevignano Romano. This lovely lakeside town is the perfect spot for a romantic dinner à deux, followed by a stroll along the promenade with a gelato.

All the sights of Rome are within easy reach too – you need only hop on a train for an hour and ten minutes and you can be meandering through the Roman Forum. This home offers the best of both worlds.
