This is a beautifully restored country house located in the Parma area of Italy. The villa overlooks Tabiano Castle, Bargone and the Emilia countryside and is suitable for weddings and special events of up to 80 people. The area is ideal for hiking, mountain biking, and horse riding. There are lots of villages, churches, and beautiful cities to explore nearby including Salsomaggiore Terme, Fidenza, and Parma. The villa has a fenced garden with a swimming pool (20m x 6m) and a large first-floor terrace perfect for hosting events. The villa has five double bedrooms (all with double beds), one triple bedroom (with double bed and single bed), and two twin bedrooms (with two single beds each). All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with either a shower or tub. The villa also has air conditioning throughout, heating, Wi-Fi internet access, satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, kitchen with an oven, microwave, fridge with ice maker, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, dishwasher, washing machine, highchair, safe deposit box. Outdoor facilities include an outdoor dining area with a barbecue grill and table tennis. Parking is available on site and pets are allowed at an additional cost.
