Large apartment that could use a refresh. However, OK

Great location,good space for a bigger group. The problem was that there was no hot water in the shower and the gate and apartment locks were not functioning properly.

Beautiful, quiet location of the apartment and centrally located with sunny balconies. We only used the pink bathroom with shower as the blue bathroom was an impertinence. Some floor tiles were loose, shower curtain, fixtures and bath disgusting. The kitchen was also ancient, only the fridge freezer wasn't old. Otherwise the kitchen was equipped with lots of crockery etc. The windows and doors need to be overhauled. Conclusion: the apartment is in need of renovation.
