*A car isn't essential here, though if you wish to explore the surrounding area, we think hiring a car would be a good option. There's parking here for two cars.
*This villa is right on the water's edge – you'll need to supervise children at all times here. If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*Though the villa is spread across one level, there are steps all around the property which may not suit those with limited mobility.
*The king beds can be reconfigured into two singles upon request.
*Your host provides a welcome drink, daily Italian breakfast (9.30am to 12pm), daily cleaning (two hours) and fresh towels and linens every two days.
