Adorned in culture and history, this luxurious villa and its gardens present a setting akin to a dream-like fairytale through its sea views, charming Italian-inspired interiors, impressive architectural features, and magical Mediterranean fauna and flora all around. Surrounded by two acres of land, the home is fringed with fruit trees and olive groves that bring peace and delicious aromatic scents to the sweet Amalfi air surrounding you.
Comprised of the main villa – spread over three floors and a cellar, there is also a separate annexe in the garden. While wooden beams, tall shuttered windows, antique fireplaces and fine furnishings bring original and traditional character to the home, modern home comforts add an air of luxury to every room.
Three fabulous living rooms are found in the main house, each offering a unique personality and aesthetic. Sit back, relax and socialise with a cup of tea in hand while admiring the sumptuous views overlooking the gardens. There is also a ‘cigar room’ featuring a mobile bar, well stocked with a selection of rums and liqueurs. We particularly love the vibe of the kitchen areas, whether you choose to cook up your own Italian delights or have the villa's local chef swing by the work their magic – the authentic bread oven simply must be taken advantage of, if not for the smell of freshly baked treats alone.
The outside area presents plenty of characterful places to eat alfresco while taking in the jaw-dropping views out to sea and over the Gulf of Naples dotted with the islands of Capri, Procida and Ischia. Take delight in catching the sunset from the private terrace – or hot tub – with an Aperol Spritz or a glass of prosecco. And enjoy sunny afternoons splashing in the private pool.
When you can bear to tear yourself away, you'll find Sorrento within easy reach – an 8-kilometre drive away with its narrow, cobbled streets, piazzas and beautiful views over the water to Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Fancy a walk out? The hilltop village of Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi is a twenty-minute walk away and has unparalleled views over the Bay of Naples on one side and the Bay of Salerno on the other.
