Firstly, we are unhappy with the late cancellation of our first booking, having said that we know that things happen, but the apartment we got instead has many shortcomings/flaws, a cistern that splashes over the edge when the toilet is flushed , a shower that was attached with tape, which of course did not last, a very poorly equipped kitchen, it almost seemed as if everything that had to be thrown away at home was placed in the apartment and no boiler as described, a small terrace in bad condition,
