*One well-behaved pet is welcome to accompany you during your stay, only with prior approval.
*The villa spans three floors and, although there’s an internal lift, navigating stairs might still be necessary for some areas.
*The outdoor hot tub is only available from May to October, and the pool is only open from April to November.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
* The villa is also suitable for hosting important events and weddings upon request.
*The traditional decor here might not be to everyone's taste. It feels a little dated in parts.
*There’s free parking for up to ten cars on the driveway.
