We love the beautiful sea views from the terrace and the pool, backed by dry stone walls and olive trees, is a great place to soak up the sun. Inside, the decor is simple and traditional, and perhaps not to everyone’s taste, but the space is homely. We should also mention that the home is divided into two apartments, making this place ideal for families and friends. With Santa Maria di Leuca‘s beach and restaurants being just a short stroll away, we doubt you’ll be spending much time indoors.

*This house is divided over two levels, which are not internally connected. The ground floor has two bedrooms and a kitchen, while the basement has one bedroom and a compact kitchen. There are also steps up to the roof terrace, and there are a few steps around the terraced garden.
*One bathroom has a bath with a hand-held shower.
*The traditional decor here might not be to everyone's taste. It feels a little dated in parts.
