This elegant 17th-century family estate is now the setting for an indulgent Puglian escape. Think peaceful courtyards, a sun-drenched private pool, and 120 acres of olive groves and citrus trees to get lost in. Private chefs are on hand to cook up delicacies using organic produce from the estate, while wait staff carry cool drinks out to the balconies (where you'll inevitably be enjoying the country views). Antique paintings and furnishings evoke this home's rich history, and there's plenty of room for groups to spread out – we recommend taking a well-read book to the library for maximum ambience. Historic Ostuni is just a ten-minute drive away – if you can bring yourself to leave this oasis.
