This traditional home is packed full of character. Made up of two separate stone dwellings – a trullo and a lamia – rented as one, it’s a great choice for a group getaway. While the authentic buildings won’t be everyone’s cup of tea, we love the cone-shaped roof and dry stone walls here. With a private pool, alfresco kitchen, and shaded eating areas, outdoor living is easy. And when you’re ready to explore, the historic town of Ostuni, with its Medieval architecture and Adriatic views, is just a walk away.
Home truths: *This home comprises two separate buildings (a trullo and a lamia) rented as one. The trullo has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living area, and a kitchen. The lamia has two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
*While there is an oven and a hob, we think the small kitchen here is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals. There is also an outdoor kitchen.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*The ceiling in the kitchen is on the low side so taller guests will need to watch their heads.
*There’s free onsite parking here.
