Set off by car and explore the UNESCO-listed Valle d'Itria, or dive East towards Monopoli and Polignano a Mare for a day by the sea. During downtime, make yourself comfortable back home. Keen cooks will have three kitchens at their disposal here, including one outdoors ideal for barbecues. The swimming pool (which can be heated for a fee) will entice you for an afternoon dip, while the covered terrace makes a sweet spot for sundowners.
