A magnificent base for an Italian escape, this beautiful home has it all. It’s close to the beaches of Polignano a Mare in the picturesque Apulian countryside, surrounded by lawns and lush vegetation, including citrus and olive trees. The outside space includes a salt-water swimming pool and an orange grove atmospherically lit in the evening. There’s also a gazebo and barbecue for alfresco dining. Thanks to a thorough restoration, the villa preserves its authentic historic charm while incorporating modern amenities and style – this is an attractive, chic home. We love the use of natural stone and wood, particularly in the open-plan living and dining space.
