Location-wise, the surrounding countryside is dotted with vineyards and olive groves, while the charming town of Ceglie Messapica is just 6 kilometres away and a scenic thirty-minute drive brings you to the Adriatic coast.

*One of the bedrooms is located on the mezzanine level, which is accessed via narrow stairs and is semi-open to the space below, so privacy is limited.
