Not only is this villa located just a short drive south of Lecce, but it’s also 1.5 kilometres from shops, bars and restaurants. And if you fancy a day by the water, the lidos of San Cataldo are easily reached by car. The home features a fenced back garden with a swimming pool, loungers and hammocks. There’s also a covered terrace, which comes in handy when you’re in need of some shade. In the basement, you’ll find a hot tub – the ideal place to unwind at the end of the day.

*We recommend hiring a car for ease of getting around. You’ll find parking available on the premises.
*The swimming pool (open from the 1st of May to the 31st of October) isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*Just so you know, the building next door is a large shop.
*Two small well-behaved pets are welcome to join you here. The garden is fully fenced.
