Situated on the Grotta della Zinzulusa in Castro, this charming villa offers the most serene seafront escape. Full of Italian character indoors, the home is infused with natural light. The living area boasts a gorgeous vaulted ceiling and the palette of white, teals and blues gives a distinct nod of appreciation to its spot by the sea. It’s homely without being overcomplicated, just the way we like it. For us though, this villa is all about location. Step out onto the terrace and you’re blessed with panoramic, crystal-clear sea views. Alfresco dining is a must with the sunlight bouncing off the sparkling water before you. Settle down for dinner with a bottle of wine and drink it all in – you won’t ever get tired of this view, we promise you. If the lure of the water is just too much, cross the road and head down the stone steps to Zinzulusa Cave and you’ll be utterly enchanted. Here, you can also enjoy a communal seawater swimming pool, deck chairs, and a bar if you fancy spending a few hours simply relaxing and soaking up the Italian sun.
