Kitchenette (1 hot plate, 3 gas rings). 3nd upper floor: (ladder), 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (2 x 80 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (80 cm). Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Terrace, large. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). View of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Beautiful chalet "Sanitate". In the hamlet Rochefort, 3 km from the centre of Arvier, in a quiet position on a slope, in the countryside, south facing position. Private: garden with flowers and trees, lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, heating available only from 15.10. to 15.05.. In Winter: please take snow chains. Single garage. Shop 3 km, grocery 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Aosta 16 km, Courmayeur Mont Blanc - Sky Way 22 km, Parco del Gran Paradiso 22 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: ovovia Aosta-Pila 33 km, La Thuile 25 km, funivia Courmayeur-Checrouit 20 km. Please note: car recommended.

Splendid house surrounded by greenery and surrounded by mountains, an ideal place to relax.Perfect for families just a few km from the ski slopes. Nearby there is supermarkets, pizzerias and restaurants, but you still need to use the car to get there.A home equipped with every comfort, you don't need to bring anything from home. We will definitely be back!

Very expensive house for what you get. It is near a fairly busy road. Furniture is old & uncomfortable (seats are not comfortable, beds don't sleep very well). Dark inside.

The house is large, located on steep terrain, with a large enclosed but not fenced garden.It is not suitable for people with walking problems, the elderly or small children, due to numerous stairs with open wooden steps. Unfortunately we had discomfort, as pedestrian access was prevented by works on the aqueduct of the chalet, to access it you had to go through the garage or the lawn. The house was found tidy and clean and we were quite comfortable. NO Internet

The house itself is very beautiful ... externally! Unfortunately the interior is somewhat neglected, with cobwebs and dust everywhere and a rather uncomfortable layout of the rooms. The structure, in fact, consists of 4 floors and with the kitchen in the basement it becomes an agony every time you do the shopping (being able to enter the house only from the second floor or from the garage, but with a rather steep and slippery ramp)! Uncomfortable beds and very narrow shower stalls complete the discomfort.

The house is big and spacious. However, the rooms are spread over 4 levels. The kitchen is on the lowest level and only has a small window. The bedrooms are on levels 2 and 4. The living and dining room is on level 3. The mattresses on all beds were very soft (or saggy?) by our standards. Like the house, the furnishings of the house probably date from the 1970s. Unfortunately, even very good care cannot hide the ravages of time.
