Fantastic view. Quiet and charming environment. Nice house with everything you need. Beautiful pool in a nice size. Friendly reception by the owner. Definitely worth recommending.

The setting is beautiful and that's what you charge us for. However, the house and its equipment are far too old and dirty. For ex in the bathroom, the sink was moving (unstable and dangerous for our children) and was clogged, the shower bar fell on us on the 1st day. Very dirty (lots of cockroaches, cockroaches, ants permanently visible, that's not normal!) Obsolete fans, at this price can't you invest in air conditioning? Muddy and chaotic path

Beautiful house with magnificent view from the terrace on the gran sasso. Small problem of kitchen utensils which was resolved immediately by the owner. Very quiet location not far from all amenities XXX market, outlet, shopping mall. I recommend .
