The Old Rectory is a gothic victorian building of a by-gone era. It was built in 1880, the building is now a protected structure and the house and its settings can not be altered preserving all features of historical and archaeological interest. The building was originally the Rectory for another protected Structure in Bray, Kilbride Church at the bottom of the Herbert Road just off the N11. The Rectory became a bed and breakfast in 2004. It has been a guesthouse welcoming people from many different countries for 11 years. The house holds an old world charm and is full with a collection of antiques. Being over 200 years old, the Rectory most certainly doesn’t have a modern style. If you like feeling like you have stepped in the past.
