Panoramic views of sea and countryside. Large garden for visitors use with private parking. All rooms ensuite, all ground floor rooms, tea/coffee, TV, hairdryer facilities. Seperate sitting room with TV and breathtaking views for guest use. Near Ballykissangel Avoca and Arklow town.Take N11 from Dublin, turn onto R772 to Arklow. Just before Arklow turn right before Car Dealership. Koliba house is 1.5miles on the right.
