Holiday Rental Description
This Charming thatched cottage in the beautiful Blackwater Valley is just a mile outside of Aglish village. A famine cottage, with a traditional half-door. It is lovingly restored and includes a large peat-burning open fire. Briar Rose cottage is within walking distance of the local village with its shop, pub, petrol station and church.From Rosslare take the N25 for Cork. Pass through the village of Lemybrien and continue for approx 5 miles, turn right onto the N72 (signposted Mallow & Lismore). Continue for approx 7 miles, turn right onto R671 (signposted Clashmore & Youghal). Continue for approx 3 miles. Turn right into the village of Aglish. Drive through the village and take the left fork (signposted Youghal). Continue for approx 1 mile. Briar Rose Cottage is on the left hand side of the road.
