This magnificent Kinsale holiday home has many truly outstanding features with panoramic views and entertainment areas both inside and outside. Guests have four attractive outdoor seating areas, all with unique aspects, to maximize the amazing views. The children will love the enormous pirate ship climbing frame with slide and swings and a barked floor area with a wooden children's playhouse situated in the large private gated garden. There is a large kids playroom in the attic which is accessed from outside, it is full of toys, board games and books, it also has a tv.

For your viewing pleasure, there is Sky tv in all rooms including the 6 bedrooms and gazebo, all football matches shown on Sky and BT sports are able to view in the house. The office workspace is complete with a balcony providing views to the Old Head golf club. It has heated enclosed gazebo with sky TV which seats ten people. A feature fully equipped kitchen has everything for the professional chef while there is ample and comfortable dining for up to 20 guests.
Kinsale town is within a pleasant 10-minute drive, and Garrett town beach is approximately a 5-minute drive. The local pub "The Speckled Door" is also within 5-minutes.
