Lough Derg Holiday Village has 2 different types of self-catering options on offer.



Carrownakilly Quay

These newly built self-catering properties offer the best of both worlds built in a tranquil,rural setting and yet only 3km from the beautiful historic town ofKillaloe. Set on the shores of Lough Derg, these holiday homes are the ideal base from which to tour the beautiful counties of Clare,TipperaryandLimerick.

The houses have 3 bedrooms with the master room en-suite. Toilet facilities both upstairs and downstairs.
The fully fitted kitchen/dining room have all the mod cons you would expect from a luxury self catering property  (washer/dryer,dishwasher, electric hob cooker, microwave, etc) while the timber floored sitting room is always bright and cheerful.

Each individua lCarrownakilly self catering property has its own private patio with comfortable garden furniture in which to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
Every property has gas central heating, coal effect gas fire, 28’’ TV and direct dial telephone. There is also ample car parking both front and rear.

Marina Walk Houses

Our dormer style, Marina Walk self catering holiday houses are designed, constructed and furnished to a superior standard. The houses are 3 bedroomed, all en-suite, plus additional guest room. They are south facing and overlook our beautiful Marina.

Each Marina Walk selfcatering property has gas central heating, coal effect gas fire, 28″ TV and direct dial telephone. Linen and towels are provided and there is also ample car parking, both front and rear.

The fully fitted kitchen/dining room, utility room have all the mod cons you would expect from a luxury self catering property (washer, dryer, central vac system, dishwasher,electric hob cooker, microwave etc.) while the timber floored sitting room is always bright & cheerful, thanks to the two individual pairs of south facing patio doors which lead onto a large sun deck.

Marina & Boat Hire

Lough Derg Marina is a 50-berth, well sheltered, fresh water marina, developed in the mouth of the Annacarriga River which runs alongside our self catering Holiday Village.

Our fleet of Orkney Longliner lakeboats come equipped with 6 & 8HP Mercury Outboards, Fish Finder, Anchor, Bilge Pump, & Folding Canopy (or Cuddy Cabin with steering wheel).

Alternatively, bring your own boat and moor it in a berth in our marina where it can be viewed from the comfort of your luxury self catering holiday home.

The current berthage rate at Lough Derg Holiday Village is €50.00 per foot per annum. We do however offer prompt payment discounts from this rate.
