There is a wardrobe with a lockable draw for storing valuables, side tables with lamps, air conditioning and ceiling fan. The tiled wet room has a shower, toilet with bidet and wash basin. The kitchen includes a gas cooker, cooking utensils, fridge/ freezer, toaster, kettle, crockery and glasses for 6 people.

There is a comfortable large lounge/ dining area with a 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table and dining table for 6. Satelite TV, ceiling fans and air conditioning. There is also an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and fire extinguisher.

Linen, pillows, blankets and indoor towels are provided. Some beach towels are also available.This luxury apartment is set within a self contained complex in a quiet rural area. The apartment is surrounded by landscaped gardens and has a shared private swimming pool as well as 24 hour gated security.

Notes on accommodation:

The apartment is cleaned once a week along with a change of bed linen and towels, consisting of 2 sheets per bed, 2 pillow cases (pp), 1 bath towel (pp) and a hand towel, inclusive of price. Further cleaning is available at additional cost. 24 hour gated security.

Internet - Free Wifi available onsite (unlimited usage) - available from Sanjay- Manager of Marshall Retreat, for Rs1000 /- refundable deposit.

Communal Pool - Private communal pool available in complex with sunbeds

No smoking allowed inside the apartment although smoking is allowed on the balconies.

A taxi is arranged, if requested, for the 20 minute transfer from airport to apartment (fare not included).

Outside: The complex is surrounded by landscaped gardens in a quiet rural area where at night you can often hear the sea on the beach in the near distance.
