Disturbing: The upstairs bathroom only has a bathtub, in which you cannot stand and therefore cannot shower because of the slope. Furthermore, the bathtub was heavily calcified and discolored (not really inviting for a bath), the sink was heavily calcified. No vacuum cleaner and no hand brush, just a broom and a dustpan. Everything else was OK, hence a "good". It was very good that there were fly screens on every window and every door. Distance to the water as stated.
