Unfortunately when we arrived we discovered that there was no hot water. After 3 hours on the phone we were told that someone would call the next day. The next day someone called and said that this was normal in Hungary. In the end only 2 people were able to shower that day and then the hot water was gone. The entrance gate is not suitable for older people. Cleanliness was good except for the dishes and the beds were not freshly made or made. Overall a 3/10

*Accommodation for 7 people with 6 places at the dining table *Showers poor and hot water a gamble *Surfaces sticky *Kitchen cupboards smell and stick *Stove on, oven off and vice versa. Stove slow *Garbage can on the street..No information about this *Eating outside means walking around the house with everything *"terrace" only for 2 chairs and a mini table
