On the first day the air conditioning didn't work. The coffee machine didn't work the whole time. It was very noisy from the other apartments because of the drains and water pipes. There was no electricity for half a day.

Simple, functional, but a very soundproofed house, very quiet and close to the lake, pool and outdoor facilities very well maintained, unfortunately no WiFi
