Positive: Real photos, description accurate, sanitary facilities relatively new. Quiet place with its own free beach on Lake Balaton. If you need shopping and entertainment (restaurants etc.) in town, this is not the place for you. Negative: Old furniture. Great bathtub but no shower curtain. Defective/dirty silicone seals. Cobwebs. No blinds. Insect screens not on all windows, some defective. No lawn/garden to lie on. Dogs allowed for a fee but fence not secure
