The holiday home is in a good location. Both the beach and a small grocery store are within easy walking distance. The transport links are also ideal. The large property is perfect for families with several children. Unfortunately, the furnishings of the holiday home leave a lot to be desired. There is not enough crockery, or it is badly damaged. The gas stove is broken, the beds are a disaster, and the garden furniture is in a bad condition.

Unclean, broken cupboard handles, ..... definitely not again

Unfortunately, the house needs renovation. I missed the internet.

Accommodation was in a good location: spacious house, large garden, playground next door, about 15 minutes walk to the nicely arranged beach. Unfortunately, the furnishings were from the 1970s, especially the beds smelled of mold, chairs, tables, couches... everything was old and best not to touch. No kettle, gas stoves can only be used to a limited extent. Adapt with shopping - small shop in Balatonszemes but better to stock up in Spar in Balatonlelle.

There is no living space inside. Only bedrooms. this makes no sense.. Kitchen upstairs is compleet waiste op space...To bee a good house make some adjustemenst/ renovations.

The house needs a little maintenance in the wiring. Bulbs are missing, sockets are damaged. I would prefer sockets due to the possible visits of children. Otherwise, the equipment is good, the location of the building is really in a quiet place.
