You can't really go swimming from the property, you'll sink into the mud. We didn't use the property and the lake access was the reason we chose it. The apartment is simple, which didn't bother us, but there were a lot of spiders hiding in the rooms, but maybe that's just the norm here. We removed at least 30 over the course of the week. We made the best of it and still had a lovely holiday at Lake Balaton.
