Accommodation good. Balaton far 1.8 km. Quiet beach and accommodation location. Nearest shopping opportunities (Tesco Spar) 8km.

Things to check: 1) It is far from the lake. Localization on XXX map is two times nearer than the true - Jozefa Atilla utca. 2) Sometimes there is no warm water. (one hot water tank for both floors?). 3) There is lack of some equipment (only three tea spoons, to small cutting desk, lack of place for dishes to dry). 4) Barbecue was occupied by people from lower floor because is in front of their entrance -forget it. Good things: Good standard, coffe express with paper filters, nice place.
