Hop in the car, and you'll find several beaches to choose from around the coastline – the nearest one is Panormos Beach, with its crystal clear waters. The island's capital, Skopelos Town, is only 8km away, where you can admire the pretty white houses and dine on fresh seafood at the tavernas. And, if you head inland, you can take invigorating hikes through the hills, discovering tiny villages and monasteries as you go.
