Carved straight into the Santorini hillside, this three-storey home is full of character. Original stone walls, built-in alcoves, and the occasional low ceiling or quirky step that comes with an authentic cave home. Perched high above Oia, the views are the real showstopper: the sea, the cliffs, the village, even the volcano. Take it all in from the plunge pool or the terrace seating – it’s hard to imagine a better spot. When adventure calls, wander or hop on a bus into Oia for those iconic blue domes and a sunset glass of wine in a local bar.
