This chic one-bedroom hideaway in Kalathos has a lot going for it. Outside is your own little oasis – dip in the pool, sway in the hammock, then wind down with a glass of wine in the outdoor seating area. Inside, it’s bright and full of character, with wooden beams and colourful touches. When you feel like heading out, local tavernas and mini markets are a short stroll away, and Kalathos Beach is close by (200 metres, in fact) when you fancy a sea swim. For something livelier, Lindos is just a ten-minute drive away, with its whitewashed streets, rooftop restaurants and that iconic Acropolis view.
