Holiday Rental Description

Perched right in front of the sea and offering views of Messinian Bay, this apartment delivers on location. Exploring Kalamata on foot is easy, with local taverns, restaurants, and bars within easy reach. The beach and port are also just across the street. Back home, you can rest your feet in the modern living space. Although the lofted main bedroom is comfortable and contemporary, it isn't the most private since it overlooks the lounge. Guests five and six will also be sleeping on a sofa bed, so we think it's best for shorter trips. Overall, the home lacks some creature comforts – including a washing machine and proper air conditioning – but it's a convenient place to unwind between adventures.

*You're in a central spot here, sitting just above a restaurant, so noise is to be expected. If you are looking for a quiet home, this place is not for you
*This home is best for up to 4 people. At maximum occupancy, 2 guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area. There are only 4 chairs around the dining table
*This home does not quite meet some of our finer quality standards, but in this location at this price point, it is a rare gem
*The main bedroom is on a mezzanine level overlooking the lounge, so not fully insulated from noises in the living room. It does have a fully glazed wall with controllable shades for privacy
*The terrace and garden are shared with the other residents. The courtyard parking space is also shared, though free on-street parking is available nearby
*A window AC unit is available, but it may not be as powerful as central AC
*There isn't a washing machine
*One guest has previously reported having to buy their own toiletries & temperamental Wifi
