Come together on the terrace, which has a striking view of the Mykonos coast, unfurling like the contours of a map into the Aegean Sea. You can enjoy this view while floating in the curvy swimming pool which juts out over the hillside like a lip. Boho wicker chairs draped with throws and sun loungers line the poolside and you’ll find outdoor lounges and alfresco dining nooks shaded by wooden pergolas. Perhaps the best part of the outdoor space is the summer kitchen with its built-in barbecue and stone bar for serving up sundowners.

Inside, it’s a haven of calm, crisp white from floor to ceiling. An old stone fireplace, terracotta floor tiles and wooden ceilings whisper of the old world, while flatscreen TVs and mod cons in the kitchens keep things solidly 21st-century. We particularly love that each bedroom has its own vibrant wall decal, livening up those pristine white spaces.

When it comes to days out, Kalo Livadi beach is just a three-minute drive away and the pretty village of Ano Mera is four minutes by car where you’ll find a 16th-century monastery, local market and a handful of local taverns in the idyllic streets.
