Slow the pace right down as you relax in the hammock out on the balcony – your hands might be full as you hold a book in one and a drink in the other, but you can still tilt your head up every now and again to get a good eyeful of the ocean views. Don’t be surprised, however, if you happen to drift off with the sea-salt breeze caressing your skin.

Poolside, you can lounge with an ice-cold beer or socialise on the edge of the pool as you dangle your legs into the crystalline water. Barbecue at lunch, dine alfresco in the shade, and at night, lie back in the sunloungers to gaze up at the constellations.

Days out can be spent wandering the streets of Mykonos – only minutes away – or at the beach. Visit Little Venice, finding a taverna to enjoy a local lunch at.
