Hit reset at this rural villa fringing the historic village of Svoronata and within walking distance of the golden sands of Ammes Beach. While the contemporary interiors may feel a little stark for some, there's no denying this family-friendly, single-storey home doesn't deliver on space and practicality. There are two indoor dining spots and lounges to spill out into, and outside, vast lawns surrounding the private pool and a playground and trampoline for little ones. Blissfully secluded, Svoronata's handful of tavernas and mini-markets are within walking distance. Or hop in the car to Argostoli (a fifteen-minute drive), with its pockets of beaches, for a little more bustle.
