Holiday Rental Description

Perched on the hillside, this villa gazes out across the Aegean Sea. The style is modern yet homely, with big windows and sliding doors that open the spaces up to the outside. But it's the gardens that really steal the show, with pristine lawns, an infinity pool, and fully-equipped outdoor kitchen with a terrace for alfresco dining or sunset cocktails, plus a playground for the little ones. As for the location, you're just 3 kilometres from the historic town of Rethymno, known for winding alleys, 16th-century Venetian citadel, and long sandy beach.

*For those with reduced mobility, there are three ground floor bedrooms and bathrooms here.
*The swimming pool is only available for use between 1st April and 30th November.
*Well-behaved dogs of up to 10kg are welcome to accompany you during your stay. Dangerous breeds are not allowed.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*Groups of young people under eighteen are not permitted.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's on-site parking for up to five vehicles.
