Cool and calm, it's the ideal place to kick back and relax between adventures – however, we think you'll want to spend most of your time outside soaking up the Greek sunshine. Head up to the roof terrace to drink in the epic views across the countryside – stretch out on a lounger to catch some rays, or slip into the hot tub as twilight falls. The surrounding village has a couple of points of interest just a few minutes away from your front door. At one end you will find the white chapel of St John, perched on a rock, and at the other, there is a stone amphitheatre – if you visit at the right time, you might even have the opportunity to watch a play. And, should you fancy a day at the beach, the sands of Kalyves are just a 5km drive away, where you can swim in the glittering crystal clear waters.
