Just steps from the sandy beach of Kalamaki, this villa makes a car-free Cretan escape effortless. Relax in the heated pool, soak up the sun, or fire up the BBQ for an al fresco meal with sea views. It sits on the lower level of a two-villa complex, but you’ll have your own privacy and there's plenty of space for family and friends to do their own thing. Inside, airy living spaces and a fully equipped kitchen make home-cooked meals easy, while three bedrooms with en-suites sleep up to six. A sofa bed in the gym adds flexibility, and the gym keeps your fitness routine on track. Neutral, earthy tones set a calm vibe, with the pool terrace framing sparkling waters – not a bad view to wake up to.

*This villa is part of a two-villa complex. This villa sits on the lower level, with another villa above it.

*Access from the road involves stairs, though there is a straight stairlift at the entrance for guests with mobility needs.

*The heated pool is available free of charge in April–May and mid-September–October (on request). Heating between June 1st–14th September comes at an extra cost and isn’t available in July and August.

*Two additional guests can sleep on the sofa bed located in the gym area, so privacy is reduced when hosting eight.

*Cleaning is included every 2–3 days: for stays of 5–7 days there’s one linen/towel change; for longer stays, linens/towels are refreshed every 4 days.

*Street parking is available.
