This contemporary villa is in the perfect location for combining sightseeing with lazy days in the Greek sunshine. It's just a twenty-minute drive from the historic sights of Heraklion and Knossos, and even less to the beach at Kokkini Hani – but this home has everything you need for quieter days, too. Nestled in the countryside, there's plenty of privacy here (even with two other villas on the same site), with space to enjoy dips in the pool, sunbathing, and alfresco meals – if you're not tempted by a restaurant in the local village. Meanwhile, the shared lawn is the ideal spot for garden games – or just letting little ones run off some energy.

*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and a high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance. Please note that the swimming pool isn't fenced.
