Holiday Rental Description

Halfway between the Athens coast and the city centre, this Nea Smyrni apartment offers the best of both worlds. A tram station is a ten-minute walk away to whisk you to landmarks or to the beach – and you'll find an array of restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood, too. We think the space works well for couples. The living area has plenty of natural light, while the kitchen has everything you need to rustle up light bites. There's also a small balcony. Admittedly, the views of the street aren't the most inspiring, but it's a nice spot for sundowners nonetheless.

*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living space. If you're a group of two and you'd like to use the sofa bed, please get in touch with your host.
*The balcony overlooks a main road, so it's not the most inspiring view.
*The bed is made up of two single mattresses pushed together.
