This 5-bedroom villa is a peaceful retreat for up to 10 guests, set over three levels with views of the Aegean Sea. The villa has been built in keeping with the local architecture and features local stone and wooden elements. The ground floor has a sizeable living area with a working fireplace and high ceilings, a large dining area, and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. There are five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Guests will have access to a fully equipped and independent villa with a private shaded terrace and a private pedestrian road leading to a beautiful sandy beach. The residence is part of a group of five homes, all with private entrances and outdoor areas. The charming village of Stenies is within walking distance, while the town of Hora is just 4 km away, offering shops, restaurants, bars and museums. Andros is also perfect for walkers and features superb beaches. A car is recommended for exploring the island.
